Establishment

EURO CONSULTING S.P.R.L. was founded in 2006 by the mutual agreement of the associates and operates in accordance with the Emergency Ordinance of the Government no.86/2006 amended and approved by law no.254/2007, is a member of the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners and of INSOL Europe, registered in the Registry Forms of Organization no. 0273 and in the list of practitioners approved by the National Tax Administration Agency (ANAF) for the entire national territory, having implemented a quality management system EN ISO 9001:2008.

Subsidiaries

The development strategy that our society aims at but also an increasing number of cases in which it is involved in different areas of the country, led to the establishment of subsidiaries Satu Mare and Suceava.

Also to ensure a better management of the procedures throughout the entire national territory, our society seeks to establish subsidiaries in other strategic locations.

Management

The company and its subsidiaries are managed and coordinated by lawyer Andi Gabriel Grosaru, insolvency practitioner compatible. The coordination of Satu Mare and Suceava subsidiaries is ensured by lawyer Andi Gabriel Grosaru together with lawyer Szilard Asztalos.
